Web & Domain Transfer Specialist Full Time
Morgan Records is looking for a technically versatile, fast‑moving Web & Domain Transfer Specialist to support medical practice closures and ensure patients are directed to the correct record‑request pages.
Responsibilities
- Execute domain transfers, including guiding clients through transfer keys, DNS updates, and MX record changes.
- Build and update landing pages for closing practices.
- Update and maintain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript across client websites.
- Optimize pages for SEO best practices.
- Assist clients in creating email lists and preparing patient notifications.
- Support internal teams with light scripting/automation tasks as capacity requires.
Requirements
- Strong skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with domain transfers, DNS, and email server/MX record configuration.
- Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
- Basic design sense for clean, patient‑friendly landing pages.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under time‑sensitive conditions.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds at times
Preferred
- Experience with CMS/hosting platforms.
- Familiarity with healthcare or medical practice operations.
- Comfort with automation or scripting tools.
