Your Essential Responsibilities
Operational Support & Management
- Oversee and support daily operations for assigned business units or special projects
- Collaborate with the Regional Manager on critical tasks and special initiatives, optimizing staffing structures, processes, and internal/external relationships.
- Shares observations of property operations or project with Property Manager when appropriate and/or Regional Manager and advises on recommended actions to help stabilize the asset
- Assist in the execution of special projects, track progress, and report findings to the Regional Manager
- Identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that enhance operational performance and efficiency.
- Reinforce standards for communication internally and externally, ensuring alignment with Morgan PRIDE values.
- Provide strategic recommendations and resources to support operational goals and maintain top-tier service standards.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop solutions for ineffective and inefficient processes and procedures and test proposed solutions for effectiveness, modify as needed, and present for approval
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members as needed, ensuring they have the support and resources to thrive.
- From assisting with quarterly inspections to completing preventative maintenance tasks and managing seasonal responses, your role will be hands-on and integral to our success.
- Adhere to federal and state Fair Housing Laws as well as all company policies.
- Ensures that all safety initiatives are adhered to and that safety guidelines are followed.
What We’ll Expect from You:
- Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) or equivalent from four-year college or university; and 3-5 years’ experience in real estate related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Excellent communication, leadership, team-building, strategic-planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools.
