Regional ScopeÂ
This role supports communities across the Indiana and Kentucky region, with a primary focus on the Indianapolis and Louisville markets, including Georgetown and surrounding areas.
Frequent travel throughout the region is required, with the ability to support onsite operational needs as they arise, including urgent or high-priority situations.
What You’ll DoÂ
- Lead and support maintenance operations across a multi-site region, ensuring consistent execution and high-quality standardsÂ
- Mentor and develop maintenance teams, including Service Managers and technicians, to strengthen performance and engagementÂ
- Implement and reinforce standardized maintenance procedures, processes, and safety practicesÂ
- Partner with Regional Property Managers and community leaders to optimize operations and troubleshoot challengesÂ
- Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality to drive efficiency and cost effectivenessÂ
- Monitor performance trends, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement operational enhancementsÂ
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety regulations, and applicable codesÂ
What We’re Looking ForÂ
- 5 years of experience in multi-site or regional maintenance leadershipÂ
- Strong technical expertise across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and building systemsÂ
- Proven leadership experience with a focus on team development, coaching, and performance improvementÂ
- Ability to influence across teams and partner effectively with operations leadershipÂ
- HVAC certification and/or boiler license a plusÂ
