- Renewals commissions – split amongst the team

Essential Responsibilities
Leadership and Guidance
- Guide, motivate, and empower your team by setting clear expectations and holding them accountable.
- Supervise on-site maintenance staff and ensure coverage for emergencies.
- Fulfill supervisory responsibilities including hiring, training, directing work, rewarding, disciplining, mentoring, and problem-solving.
- Mentor new team members once they join the team, to ensure a smooth onboarding process
- Oversee employee performance with guidance, coaching, and development plans.
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents.
- Responsible for accurate resident records.
- Monitor and manage responses to resident correspondence and work order requests, ensuring prompt, efficient service and maintaining high levels of resident satisfaction.
- Coordinate and organize events to boost resident engagement.
- Oversee property inspections, delegate maintenance tasks, and escalate major issues.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align leasing strategies and resident satisfaction.
- Supervise the process of conducting tours and finalizing lease signings efficiently.
- Ensure market-ready vacant units meet property standards through regular oversight.
- Uphold safety guidelines to maintain a safe workplace.
- Oversee all purchasing procedures and expense management, ensuring precise financial records.
- Responsible for the accuracy of resident accounts, ensuring legal actions are executed when necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports.
- Streamline administrative tasks to enhance support for community operations.
What We’ll Expect from You:
- Five years of leadership and management experience
- Background in customer service or hospitality preferred but not required
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication, strategic-planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional coaching, team building and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in software applications, smartphones, and reporting/analysis tools.
