- Pay: $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
- $300 Morgan Essentials paid Quarterly
- Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

- Work with the Property Manager and Service Manager to schedule make-ready maintenance for vacant units, and build a daily production schedule that keeps things moving
- Lead the team in diagnosing and repairing HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pool, carpentry, drywall, exterior structural, and appliance issues
- Complete work orders within 24 hours, and roll up your sleeves on high-level repairs when needed
- Inspect completed work to make sure it meets Morgan standards, so residents come home to a well-kept community
- Walk the grounds and common areas, including weekly light inspections, to keep the property clean, safe, and well lit
- Help create the preventative maintenance, make-ready, and on-call schedules
- Take part in the 24-hour on-call rotation, and be available for emergencies such as snow and ice
- Valid driver’s license
- CPO/HVAC or related certifications are preferred but not required!
- At least 1-2 years of experience in the same or a similar field
