Primary Job Function
To provide maintenance and repairs on a wide variety of residential heating and air conditioning systems according to company standards, providing the customer with high-quality experience. Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing.
Position Details
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week plus some on-call and weekend work
- Pay: Up to $40.00/hr depending on experience plus Commission, Incentives, and Rewards available
- Office Location: Near Highway 290 and I-610

What We're Looking For
We need a skilled HVAC Service Technician who embodies our core values and can contribute to our family-centered culture.
Required Qualifications:
- 4 years' experience
- Insurable driving record
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams
- Familiar with a wide range of HVAC equipment and troubleshooting techniques
- Experience making repair and replacement decisions
- Advanced customer service skills
- Demonstrate willingness to accept responsibility and leadership roles
- Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices
- Verifiable work history
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical background
- HVAC trade school certification
- Light Commercial Unit (LCU) experience
- Knowledge of Programming HVAC equipment
- Knowledge of Zoning
- Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques
- Experience with ServiceTitan software
- Registration with the Texas Department of Laws and Regulations (TDLR)
