Morgan Portable and Modular Buildings is looking for a part time experienced Administrative Assistant to support our Sales Team at our location in Alvin, TX.

Job Purpose:

Our sales team is at the front end of our company, and we are looking for high-energy people who have customer service as their goal of achievement. Our core values are providing the best in customer service, manufacturing the best quality product in the industry, and supporting customer's need from beginning to end. The responsibilities of our administrative assistant are as follows:

  • Answer Phones & Greet Customers
  • Assist with Daily Operations with Various Task as Assigned
  • Support Sales Team
  • Advanced Computer Proficiency - Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Adobe, AS520, Creating and Modifying Documents, and Maintaining Social Media
  • Clerical Experience - Handle Phone System, Scan/Copy, Filing, Data Entry, Daily Reporting, Handling Confidential Materials, Files, and Records.
  • Must Possess Strong Organizational, Communication, Proofing Skills, and be Proficient in Typing.
  • Must have a willing attitude that is geared towards working in a team environment, as well as having a professional Work Ethic.
  • A background in sales administration is preferred but not required.

Qualifications:

A highly motivated self-starter who is detail-oriented and goal-oriented. A customer-focused individual that is energetic and has a positive attitude. The right candidate must have a professional presentation and think like an entrepreneur. We search for people who can solve any problem.

  • Administrative Assistant Experience 2 years
  • Customer Service Experience 2 years
  • Sales experience 1 year (preferred, not required)
  • Bilingual and able to read, write, and speak Spanish is a plus!

Job Type: Part-time - 29 hours a week
