About this Role
We are looking for a Corporate Senior Associate or Junior Partner with 6-15 years of experience to join a growing, Florida-rooted AmLaw 200 firm and work directly with practice group leadership on sophisticated transactional matters.
This is a high-visibility role at a firm entering an aggressive growth phase, offering a true partnership track and meaningful client interaction without the bureaucracy of larger firms.

What You'll Be Doing
- Handle mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, and fund formation matters.
- Work closely with practice group leadership and the corporate team on complex transactions.
- Manage general contractual matters for major institutional and corporate clients.
- Develop your own client relationships with the support of a flexible rate structure.
- Contribute to the firm's strategic growth plan as a key member of the Miami corporate group.
Key Requirements
- 6-15 years of relevant corporate/M&A experience (private equity experience is a plus).
- Admitted to the Florida Bar.
- Strong academic credentials or equivalent top-firm experience (a combination of both is ideal).
- Stable career history with no excessive job hopping.
- Experience at a reputable firm (AmLaw 200 or well-known regional firm preferred).
- Experience in mergers & acquisitions and general corporate transactions.
- Experience with joint ventures or fundraising/fund formation documentation.
- Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with the ability to thrive without heavy management oversight.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Miami.
- Florida ties or connections are preferred.
Compensation
- Base salary: $195,000-$350,000
- Discretionary bonus
Work Arrangement
