Position Highlights
- Weekend-only urgent care role
- Small animal urgent care, and wellness (dogs & cats)
- No overnight shifts

- Collaborative, low-drama team environment
- Ideal for experienced clinicians or confident urgent care providers
- Triage and treat urgent and same-day cases
- Perform diagnostics and develop treatment plans efficiently
- Handle urgent medical and soft-tissue surgical cases (as comfortable)
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners
- Work collaboratively with technicians and support staff as there will be some appointments set for the weekend.
- Maintain accurate and timely medical records
- DVM or equivalent degree from an accredited veterinary school
- Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in the state of Nebraska
- Comfort with urgent care cases and efficient decision-making
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
