Key Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality echocardiograms and vascular studies for patients in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and provide a comfortable, compassionate experience during exams.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care.
- Ensure proper operation, calibration, and maintenance of equipment.
- Document patient information and exam results in the hospital's electronic medical records system.
Qualifications
- Completion of an accredited Echo/Vascular Technician program.
- Certification in Cardiac Ultrasound (RDCS) or Vascular Ultrasound (RVT) preferred.
- Experience in performing echocardiography and vascular diagnostic studies in a clinical or hospital setting.
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and ultrasound principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
