Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience
- Assist customers with jewelry selections and product recommendations
- Build strong customer relationships and achieve individual and team sales goals
- Present financing options and assist customers with credit applications professionally
- Process sales transactions and POS purchases accurately
- Maintain professional showroom presentation and merchandise displays
- Stay knowledgeable on current products, promotions, and jewelry trends
- Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations
- Assist with inventory control, merchandising, and store organization
Experience
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred, but not required
- Jewelry, fashion, or luxury retail experience is a plus
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Comfortable working in a goal-oriented sales environment
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings and weekends
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge preferred
- Bilingual abilities are a plus
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
