Sales Assistant

Our client is seeking a motivated, organized, and personable Sales Assistant to provide day-to-day support to the sales team and help ensure an exceptional experience for both salespeople and clients. Key Responsibilities

• Partner closely with sales professionals to support client needs and ensure timely follow-up
• Build and maintain positive, professional relationships with salespeople and clients
• Provide best-in-class customer service and serve as a reliable point of contact
• Assist with day-to-day sales and client support activities
• Communicate clearly and professionally with internal teams and external clients
• Take initiative to identify needs, solve problems, and keep projects moving forward
• Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Follow up consistently on open items, requests, and client needs
• Work collaboratively as part of a team while also being comfortable working independently

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a sales, marketing, advertising, promotions, or related support role preferred
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from an accredited university
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong follow-up and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative and work independently
• Confident, professional, and personable communication style
• Strong work ethic, sound judgment, and common sense
• Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
