What are the responsibilities and job description for the GENERAL LABORER position at Morgan Engineering Systems Inc?
Position Summary:
We are looking for a full-time General Laborer/Sand Blaster to join our team in Girard, Ohio.
You will be a general laborer/sandblaster for a heavy steel fabricator in a fabrication shop where each project is unique and built to custom drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Operate overhead cranes
- Operate grinding equipment
- Operate blasting equipment or show aptitude to learn
- Operate forklift
Qualifications/Experience:
- Ability to lift up to 70lbs.
- Work well in a team environment
- High school diploma required
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Willing to work overtime and weekends as needed
- Fabrication shop experience strongly preferred
- Must be able to pass a drug test
- Willing to undergo a background check
Hours:
- Monday through Friday
- Day shift
- Overtime as needed
