Job Summary:
The Job Description for the Principal is based on the Leader Assessment on Performance Standards (LAPS) component of the Georgia DOE Leader Keys Effectiveness System (LKES), which fully outlines the expectations of an effective school leader.
Qualifications:
- A specialist's degree or higher with a major in educational leadership or related field
- Hold a valid Georgia Educational Leadership certificate issued by the Georgia Professional Standards
- At least three years of successful experience in school administration and supervision
