We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators for a 7‑month large‑scale mining project in Northern Nevada operating on a 21 days on / 7 days off rotation.
This role is ideal for traveling operators and road crews looking for long rotations, consistent overtime, and strong weekly earnings.
What You Get
- 21 days on / 7 days off rotation
- 12‑hour shifts (days & nights)
- 84 hours per week typical
- Company‑provided housing or subsistence
- $35 per day per diem
- 6 hours paid rotational travel per rotation
- Project‑based work with steady production schedules
Pay
- $35/hour overtime
- Typical earnings: $3,200–$3,600 per week, based on hours worked
- Plus paid rotational travel time
Equipment Operators with experience on:
- Dozers (D6–D10)
- Excavators (20T–90T)
- Rock Trucks (40T–100T)
- Graders (14M–16M)
Requirements
- 3 years operating experience in mining or heavy civil
- Experience with haul roads, pads, or large earthworks preferred
- MSHA Part 48 (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work extended rotations in remote locations
