Our client is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth through strategic prospecting, relationship building, and pipeline development. In this role, you'll work directly alongside executive leadership, participate in industry events and conferences, and play a key role in expanding the company's client base.
What You'll Do
- Conduct daily outbound prospecting calls and targeted email campaigns
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate virtual and in-person meetings with prospective clients
- Proactively engage conference attendees before events to secure meetings in advance
- Attend industry conferences and networking events (approximately 25% travel)
- Partner closely with executive leadership on business development initiatives and client meetings
- Manage follow-up activities and nurture prospects through extended sales cycles
- Coordinate client lunches, dinners, and approved entertainment activities
- Maintain accurate activity tracking and reporting within HubSpot CRM
- Consistently achieve and exceed outreach, appointment-setting, and pipeline development KPIs
What We're Looking For
- 3 years of outside sales and business development
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting daily prospecting activities
- Proven ability to build relationships and maintain consistent follow-up
- Experience navigating longer, consultative sales cycles
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Professional presence and ability to represent the company at conferences and client events
- Ability to travel up to 25%
