Role Description
The Financial Director will oversee financial planning, reporting, and management of financial operations to ensure strategic company goals are met. Key responsibilities include budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, developing policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and legal requirements. The Financial Director will collaborate closely with senior leadership to drive financial performance and support decision-making. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Miami, FL.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Financial Management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong understanding of tax compliance, regulatory requirements, and financial reporting
- Leadership and team management skills with experience in mentoring and developing teams
- Advanced proficiency in financial software and systems
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CPA certification is preferred
- Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus
