Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Finance Manager role based in Palmetto Bay, FL. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the dealership, including preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts. Responsibilities include managing accounting operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, analyzing financial data to support strategic decision-making, and collaborating with other departments to ensure efficient financial processes. A key focus will be delivering exceptional customer service during financial transactions, assisting customers in securing financing options, and presenting financial products that meet their needs. This role also involves leading and mentoring the finance team to drive performance and growth.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
