Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team at Morgan Auto Group. This is a full-time, on-site role based at our Palmetto Bay, Florida location. The Finance Manager will oversee the financial operations of the dealership, including managing financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts. Daily responsibilities include handling financial contracts, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with sales teams to secure optimal financing options for clients. The role also involves reviewing credit applications, maintaining strong relationships with lenders, and monitoring dealership performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
• Knowledge and experience in credit analysis and lending practices
• Proficiency in financial software and tools
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships with clients and lenders
• Leadership and team management skills to effectively collaborate with various dealership teams
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to assess dealership metrics and optimize performance
• Familiarity with the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
