Morgan Automotive Group’s Accounting Team is looking to add a Banking Specialist to our team in Tampa, Florida. Responsibilities:
- Review vendor invoices ensuring proper approval and or PO# expense to proper account reconcile all vendor invoices to statements for batch payment no later than 20th
- Post and reconcile Manufacturer invoices to monthly statements
- Process check requests expense accordingly
- Maintain related schedules (sublet, advertising, factory) make notes as needed
- Maintain vendor W9 files
- Post advertising budgets process invoices verify to budget
- Perform monthly accruals as needed
- Assist in month-end closing duties
- Prepare and file 1099 forms annually
Requirements:
- Knowledge of Reynolds and Reynolds helpful
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Team player with integrity and strong work ethics
- Proficiency in Excel basic formulas & V lookup helpful
- Excellent written and verbal communication
