Responsibilities
Are you a hands-on professional with a passion for mechanics and maintenance? Morgan Advanced Materials is seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll leverage your expertise in electronics, HVACR systems, plumbing, and hydraulic systems to ensure the efficient operation of our equipment and facilities.
What You’ll Do:
- Perform preventative maintenance and repairs on a variety of mechanical systems, including electrical components, HVACR systems, plumbing, and hydraulic systems.
- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical and electromechanical components, ensuring safety and compliance with ASME and OSHA standards.
- Oversee the operation and maintenance of heating and ventilation.
- Apply your knowledge of plumbing and hydraulic systems to maintain and repair related infrastructure.
What You’ll Bring:
- High mechanical aptitude with strong manual dexterity.
- In-depth knowledge of electronics, HVACR systems, plumbing, and hydraulics.
- Experience with hydrogen gas handling and safety protocols.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Experience in welding and fabrication is a plus.
Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship, permanent resident alien status, or protected individual status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3).
- Familiarity with ASME and OSHA codes and standards.
