This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk kind of job. As our Front Office Coordinator, you’ll be the first impression and trusted guide for every patient who walks through our doors or calls our clinic.

You’ll help people feel welcomed, understood, and excited about taking control of their health – while confidently guiding them into services that will help them the most.

Job Duties

  • Create an exceptional, memorable customer experience from first contact to follow-up
  • Answer phones with confidence, warmth, and professionalism
  • Educate patients on our services and confidently sell when appropriate
  • Handle objections with empathy and clarity
  • Manage scheduling, paperwork, and day-to-day front desk operations
  • Be the face, voice, and vibe of the clinic
  • Support the team in keeping the clinic running smoothly and efficiently

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in customer service or sales related role
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Work Environment

  • Onsite
  • Full-Time

Compensation

  • Competitive salary based on experience. Starting compensation $18-$22 per hour.
