This role involves connecting with homeowners, understanding their roofing needs, and offering tailored solutions. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers protect their homes with quality roofing products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Build relationships with homeowners, assess their roofing needs, and educate them on our products and services.
- Sales Process Management: Conduct in-home consultations, provide accurate estimates, and close sales.
- Lead Generation: Identify and follow up on sales leads, including referrals, online inquiries, and company-generated appointments.
- Market Knowledge: Stay informed about roofing products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Customer Service: Address customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience from consultation to project completion.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the roofing and installation teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and progress in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and follow up consistently.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of roofing materials and installation processes (training provided).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
