The Digital Advertising Campaign Manager owns the strategy, execution, and performance of paid media programs for a portfolio of clients across channels such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, remarketing, social advertising, ABM, and more.
This role is client-facing and strategy-led, with responsibility for developing advertising strategies aligned to client business goals, executing those strategies across paid media platforms, and clearly communicating results, insights, and recommendations directly to clients.
Campaign Managers are accountable for both what we run and why we run it. While this is not a people management role, it does require confidence leading client conversations and defending strategic decisions with data.
THE ROLE INCLUDES:
· Strategy & Planning: Develop paid media strategies and budget recommendations for clients, to
include channel research, budget planning, testing, and expansion ideas.
· Campaign Execution & Optimization: Manage client digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads,
Microsoft Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and other digital channels).
· Reporting & Insights Presentation: Create and present performance reports and campaign analysis,
plus provide support for pitches or presentations when needed. Leverage web analytics data (such as
conversions and ROI) to recommend campaign changes resulting in improved performance.
· Collaboration & Internal Contribution: Work closely with strategists, analytics, SEO, and creative
teams to ensure paid media efforts support broader client initiatives.
· AI Knowledge & Use: Leverage AI to improve your efficiency as well as the efficiency and
effectiveness of your advertising campaigns.
· Professional Development: Interest in regularly following digital media trends, as well as staying on
top of new digital advertising tactics or channels.
CANDIDATES SHOULD OFFER:
· Strong working knowledge of and experience with running advertising in Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn,
and Meta. Certification is a plus!
· Proven experience owning, optimizing, and reporting on paid media strategies.
· Ability to connect advertising performance to business outcomes and tell a clear story with data.
· Experience developing testing plans, channel mix recommendations, and budget allocation
strategies.
· Comfortable leading client-facing conversations and presentations.
· Working knowledge of Google Analytics needed. Certification is a plus!
· Extreme attention to detail and ability to multi-task successfully is necessary.
· MS OFFICE skills required, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
· Analytical thinker and problem solver, able to produce solutions.
· Works well under pressure and deadlines.
· Independent worker; self-motivated.
· Comfortable to manage a monthly advertising budget across several platforms.
ADDITIONAL INFO:
- Need to be available during office hours mainly on an EST/EDT schedule, for internal and external meetings.
- While working remote, must provide a quiet, professional setting with high-speed internet.
