MoreVisibility is seeking a south Florida based, passionate Digital Content Strategist to join our content department and help envision and execute content strategy for our clients.
This role will be responsible for analyzing the web presence of our clients, developing a vision and roadmap for improving the client's business KPIs using content, and then writing content and working with a designer where needed to bring that vision to life. You will be working on improving the client’s business KPIs through several growth channels, including organic search (SEO), generative AI, and social media. While you won’t be required to have technical SEO/GEO or website development expertise, a lot of the work will involve clients making changes to their website, so a passion for and an understanding of the fundamentals of how search engines, generative AI, and websites work will be important.
The position reports to our Vice President Digital Services and will work closely with our Account Management, Search Engine Optimization, and Design teams.
· Audit the digital content of our client’s websites and identify opportunities for the improvement of existing content and the creation of new content based on the client’s data, target audience, keyword research, and business objectives.
· Develop content strategies (to include opportunities for improving presence in SEO, generative AI platforms, and organic social media) that outline a vision and prioritized roadmap for improving their business KPIs using content.
· Pitch creative content ideas to clients across multiple verticals (B2B and B2C)
· Create (copywriting and editing) engaging content on behalf of clients.
· Execute content strategies (including on-site and off-site content / organic social media management).
· Interest in regularly following digital media trends, as well as staying on top of new channels to promote content.
· Excellent writing skills (digital copy) required – samples will be requested.
· Experience developing content strategies and creating content (copywriting, social media
copywriting, design brief creation, etc.).
· Experience with SEO and its impact on content strategy.
· Experience measuring, reporting, and presenting insights on content performance.
· Expert attention to detail.
· Knowledge of User Experience (UX) best practices for the web.
· Understanding of website fundamentals and general limitations.
· Ability to communicate internally to colleagues and externally to clients
· Quick learner and creative problem solver.
· Ability to multitask and work on several projects simultaneously.
· Collaborates well with others on group projects to work toward a shared goal
· Works well under pressure and tight deadlines.

*Prior Content Strategy or Copywriting experience required.

Preferably seeking a candidate based in Florida, as our office is in Boca Raton, FL.
Currently, it is not mandatory to work from the office, but it is encouraged/available, so some
team members do keep a hybrid schedule. Limited travel (to office or client site) may be required.
