Impresa Modular of Middle Georgia is seeking a Site Superintendent to oversee the field construction of custom and production modular homes throughout Central Georgia.

Projects are generally located within a 75-mile radius of Gordon, Georgia (ZIP 31031), and regular travel to assigned job sites is required.
Responsibilities
- Manage all on-site phases of construction from modular home set through final completion
- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, inspections, and daily site activities
- Verify site readiness before home delivery
- Maintain quality control throughout construction
- Ensure compliance with plans, specifications, manufacturer requirements, and local building codes
- Communicate professionally with homeowners, vendors, inspectors, and project management
- Document project progress using Buildertrend, Procore, or similar construction management software
- Identify and resolve field issues before they impact schedule or quality
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
Qualifications
Required
- Residential construction experience (production or custom homes)
- Knowledge of construction sequencing and trade coordination
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Comfortable using smartphones, tablets, and cloud-based software
Preferred
- Previous Superintendent or Assistant Superintendent experience
- Experience with Buildertrend, Procore, or similar project management software
- Experience with modular or panelized construction (training available)
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
