Essential Functions & Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction of marketing materials to ensure they adhere to the brand guidelines, voice, and standards' aesthetics. Regularly review materials for design quality and brand adherence. Update and maintain brand standards across the company website, social media, digital newsletters, and client materials to ensure consistency and quality.
- Brainstorm concepts, create mockups, refine design details, and assist in preparing materials for events, presentations, multi-page layouts, web and social media assets, newsletters, and other projects as needed by the company. Work with the MarCom team to create sales & marketing materials (print and display advertising, email campaigns, flyers, brochures, etc.). Build and test original content in various formats, including but not limited to video, audio, screenshots, charts, diagrams, etc.
- Monitor market and industry trends for relevant topics of interest and collaborate with department heads and Marcom's content editor to develop white papers.
- Evaluate requested ideas or projects to determine feasibility and execution of materials. Present evaluations to the Marketing Manager to collaborate on project execution. Coordinate needs and requests across management and sales staff to ensure maximum efficiency in team resources. Develop digital projects and materials to the point where they can be integrated into the team’s standard workflow.
- Lead by example in adhering to standard internal processes, including appropriate use of the Zendesk ticketing system, following naming conventions, and observing filing structures currently in place.
- Other functions may be assigned as business conditions change.
Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree or accreditation in Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in corporate print and digital marketing.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite on a PC platform.
- Excellent problem-solving, organization, and time management skills; able to work independently with
- Strong collaborator with exceptional interpersonal skills, capable of working within a team to achieve results.
- Effective communicator with strong project management and prioritization abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on design principles, including layout, typography, image use, branded colors,
- Experience with WordPress, Cvent, Google Analytics, Smartsheet, and SharePoint is preferred.
- General knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus.
