On Site Project Manager – Roofing & Siding

Job Overview
Moreno’s Roofing is seeking a reliable and motivated Project Manager to oversee residential roofing and siding projects from start to completion. This role involves supervising installers on-site, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining project timelines, and communicating with homeowners when questions or unexpected issues arise.

The Project Manager will also assist with logistics such as picking up materials from suppliers and transporting job site debris to the landfill as necessary.

The ideal candidate will have construction knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage job sites efficiently while providing excellent customer service. Bilingual communication (Spanish and English) is required to effectively coordinate with crews and homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and closing of roofing and siding projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to facilitate smooth project workflows.
• Use CRM software to monitor progress and adjust plans proactively; document work progress with pictures and upload to CRM software.
• Review blueprints and contracts to ensure accurate interpretation and implementation on-site.
• Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality specifications.
• Utilize construction estimating techniques to prepare accurate cost projections and resource allocations for roofing and siding projects.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, resolve issues promptly, and ensure work meets design specifications.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation including schedules, change orders, safety reports, and progress updates.
• Foster effective project coordination among team members to ensure seamless communication and task execution.

Requirements

• Bi-lingual candidates are highly encouraged to apply; must be fluent in both: English and Spanish.
• Proven experience in construction management with a focus on roofing or siding projects; prior construction site experience is essential.
• Familiarity with construction estimating processes.
• Experience with construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and building codes relevant to roofing and siding installations.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
