Requirements / Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: Retired Air Force Officer with at least 20 years of active or reserve service. Commissioned Officer.

  • Copy of Transcript (Readable copies of all college transcripts(if applicable))
  • Credential Copy (Valid CA ROTC Credential or Proof of Eligibility to obtain a Credential in ROTC)
  • English Learner Authorization (Copy of EL Authorization or must be able to obatin EL Authorization within 1st year of employment)
  • Letter of Introduction (Current and applicable to this position.)
  • Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) letters of recommendation hand signed and dated within the last 12 months. No electronic signature.)
  • Other (Must be recommended by Maxwell Air Force Base)
  • Resume (Current and applicable to this position.)
