Morel Construction Co., LLC a commercial building contractor with offices in Louisville and Highland Heights, Kentucky is currently seeking a Construction Superintendent for the Louisville market.
Construction Superintendents are expected to perform the following duties;
-Coordinate and schedule subcontractors.
-Verify work is being completed in accordance with the construction documents.
-Actively work with the Project Manager to resolve issues with the construction documents, subcontractors, and consultants.
-Resolve daily onsite issues that may arise.
-Complete daily job reports and weekly safety meetings.
-Ensure the project is maintained in a clean, secure and safe environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
