Year Contract – (15 hours per week)
What you will be doing:
- Assist with the development and implementation of change management initiatives to support leaders and employees through organizational change.
- Assess and define the MSM employee lifecycle survey strategy to improve efficiencies and ensure alignment with institutional mission and goals.
- Assist with the development and the implementation of the employee engagement process, conducting employee engagement surveys through survey design, drafting survey communications, and developing action plans.
- Collate survey results and guide leadership on interpreting results.
- Assist with the implementation of the pay for performance strategy.
- Organize and track projects from inception to completion, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and meet intended goals.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development COE’s to develop, design, and implement an MSM internship program.
- Act as a collaborative partner within HR and across MSM community.
- Support ad hoc reporting, data, and training requests

- BS or BA degree or equivalent work experience; Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in talent management, culture, employee engagement change management, and organizational effectiveness
- Excel reporting and PowerPoint Proficiency.
- Experience leading and facilitating meetings
- Experience instituting talent management processes
- Experience supporting end-to-end program management and large-scale change management efforts
- Experience prioritizing needs with reason and solutions across multiple teams
- Ability to work well with others; encourages others to build strong working relationships
- Strong work ethic, flexible, dependable, positive can-do attitude, and team motivator.
- Ability to focus and deliver tangible results
- Master’s degree or higher in HR, I/O Psychology, Leadership or MBA; Degree must be from a regionally accredited college or university)
- Experience with Cornerstone LMS
- Experience in organization development including designing and creating, programs in a professional, higher education or corporate environment.
