Position Summary
The Service Administrative Assistant provides essential support for the Service Manager by managing calendars, scheduling appointments, handling verbal and written correspondence, and maintaining business processes and systems. Key responsibilities include answering phones, document data entry, and serving as a point of contact for both internal and external clients to ensure efficient workflow within the department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
- Communication: Answering and directing Service phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing email and other correspondence, and acting as a primary point of contact for Service clients providing exceptional customer service exhibiting strong, accurate, and professional communication.
- Scheduling: Organizing and maintaining calendars and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Documentation: Assisting with data entry: Typing, editing, and proofreading documents.
- Organization: Maintaining Service office policies, procedures, documents, records, reports, calendars, physical and electronic filing systems, etc.
- Support: Performing tasks related to the Service Department and other duties as assigned supporting the company.
- Attendance: Ability to meet attendance schedule with dependability and consistency
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
- Education: High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
- Computer Proficiency: Familiarity with office software, databases, and digital communication tools.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients and colleagues; a self-starter with a talent for customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Efficient with strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritize tasks
- Organization: Strong skills in organization and planning. Exceptional ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain a structured work environment.
- Time Management: Efficiently prioritize tasks and manage schedules effectively. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and with a team
- Problem-Solving: Ability to exercise sound judgment and problem solving
- The salary for this role will depend on the candidate's level of experience, skills, and qualifications.
