Industrial Custodian - Morehead Mill

Our Morehead Mill is looking for a candidate housekeeping at our facility. The Industrial Custodian Role includes properly disposing of debris and trash within the various departments and facility grounds. Often, the housekeeping associate will do a walk-through with a department supervisor to get an idea of the precise needs, expectations, or any additional clean-up instructions they require in their departments. A housekeeping associate should expect to work in a noisy and dusty manufacturing environment in this role.

Compensation - $18.50/hr

Hours – Monday – Thursday 8:00am – 6:00 pm

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Sweeping and trash cleanup of scrap wood, dusting, utilizing a forklift to move debris, using a walk behind sweeper and shoveling saw dust.

Physical requirements:

Standing, stooping, walking for up to 8-10 hrs, and crawling under mezzanine when necessary. Required to use scoop shovel and broom frequently throughout a shift. Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
