Morehead Honda is a family-owned business with over 80 years of experience serving our community. We are looking to expand our Service Team and are seeking a dependable, customer-focused Valet Attendant to join our growing team.
The Valet Attendant plays an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience by maintaining an organized and efficient service drive. As one of the first points of contact for our customers, the ideal candidate will be friendly, professional, courteous, and committed to providing outstanding customer service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Greet customers upon arrival and escort them to the appropriate service team member.
- Safely park customer vehicles in designated areas.
- Provide shuttle transportation for customers as needed.
- Retrieve customer vehicles promptly and professionally.
- Notify service advisors when customers are waiting for assistance.
- Keep the service drive clear of vehicles to ensure an organized and efficient workflow.
- Strictly adhere to dealership policies and procedures regarding customer vehicle care and operation.
- Conduct a walk-around inspection of customer vehicles to identify and document any existing damage.
- Assist with general housekeeping duties to keep the service drive clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude when interacting with customers and fellow team members.
SCHEDULE AND REQUIREMENTS
- Schedule: Five-day workweek, Monday through Saturday, with one scheduled weekday off.
- Driver's License: Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver's license.
