We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor!
Service Advisor - Job Description:
- Service Advisors greet customers and answer questions, offer additional services and products.
- Document customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
- Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
- Prioritize requested services and provide options.
- Document services declined
- Ask for follow-up on future service appointments.
- Keep customers informed on completion times and expenses.
- Build relationships with the customers - good customer service skills!
