We are currently looking for an EXPERIENCED Service Advisor!

Service Advisor - Job Description:

• Service Advisors greet customers and answer questions, offer additional services and products.
• Document customer concerns to enable the Technician to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
• Consult with customers on applicable service specials.
• Prioritize requested services and provide options.
• Document services declined
• Ask for follow-up on future service appointments.
• Keep customers informed on completion times and expenses.
• Build relationships with the customers - good customer service skills!
