Position Summary
We are seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of RFP and RFQ pursuits through the development, coordination, and production of high-quality proposals. This role plays a key role in implementing pursuit plans, managing proposal materials, and ensuring submissions are accurate, consistent, and delivered on time. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and pursuit team to support successful proposal outcomes.
RESPONSIBILITES
RFP/RFQ Support
- Support the execution of pursuit plans as defined by the Marketing Manager, ensuring proposal components are developed, formatted, and delivered on time.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to gather required content, forms, and supporting documentation.
- Format, compile, and edit proposal materials to ensure consistency with firm branding, clarity of information, and alignment with client requirements.
- Assist with proposal closeout activities, including archiving materials, organizing files, and supporting pursuit debriefs and lessons learned.
- Coordinate proposal delivery logistics, including printing, packaging, and shipping as needed.
Content & Systems Maintenance
- Maintain proposal templates, boilerplate content, and marketing materials to ensure accuracy and usability
- Support upkeep of pursuit tracking systems, content libraries, and databases
- Assist with ongoing updates to resumes, project sheets, and standard qualifications materials
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 2 years of relevant experience, or 5 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
- Prior marketing experience in the A/E/C industry is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in MS office, Adobe InDesign, and Adobe Creative Suite are required. Graphic design experience is preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with ability to translate technical information into compelling, client-focused narratives.
- High attention to detail, including formatting, compliance, and version control.
- Proven success managing workload with competing deadlines and producing high-quality written content under time pressure.
LOCATION
- Hybrid position with ideal locations in Fort Worth, Dallas, or Houston TX.
