Moreau Catholic High School is seeking a dedicated full-time Head Soccer Coach to lead its soccer program. This on-site role in San Leandro, CA, involves overseeing the entire soccer program, including planning and conducting practice sessions, developing game strategies, fostering player development, and ensuring the team upholds the mission and values of the school. The Head Soccer Coach will also collaborate with other coaching staff, ensure compliance with athletic regulations, and provide mentorship to student-athletes while supporting academic excellence and personal growth.
- Expertise in Soccer Coaching and Football with a proven track record of leading successful sports teams.
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively mentor and collaborate with players, staff, and parents.
- Experience in Education and Coaching, with the ability to guide athletes in both sports and personal development.
- Understanding of athletic program management and compliance with school and local sports regulations.
- Ability to foster teamwork, inclusivity, and respect within the team environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with a preference for candidates with coaching certification and prior head coaching experience.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
