Role Description
We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our outstanding team of clinicians and fulfill the needs of our growing practice! This role is full-time, on-site, based in Oxford, Branford, or Shelton, CT. We highly regard ambition, creativity, and teamwork.
Main job responsibilities include:
- Serving our children and families by providing comprehensive assessment and high-quality intervention of children in the areas of speech, language, literacy, communication, and/or feeding & swallowing
- Developing individualized home education programs
- Maintaining timely documentation according to company standards
- Coordinating care with other health professionals
- Participating in screenings, enrichment programs, homeschool classes, and any other programs in-line with the mission of More to Say
- Contributing to team success by excelling in the individual role
Job Requirements

- Master's in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited graduate program
- Current state speech language pathologist license (CT) or Supervised Professional Experience (SPE)

Starting Base Pay: $65,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year $8600 bonus potential
