Role Description
We are seeking motivated and dedicated Occupational Therapists to join our outstanding team of clinicians and fulfill the needs of our growing practice! We are hiring full-time OTs for all clinic locations, including Oxford, Branford, and Shelton, CT. Main job responsibilities include:
- Serving our children and families by providing comprehensive assessment and high-quality intervention of children in the areas of fine motor, gross motor, visual motor/perception, self-care, executive functioning, sensory processing, and emotional regulation skills
- Developing individualized home education programs
- Maintaining timely documentation according to company standards
- Coordinating care with other health professionals
- Participating in screenings, enrichment programs, homeschool classes, and any other programs or tasks in-line with the mission of More to Say
- Contributing to team success by excelling in the individual role

- Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited graduate program

Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 per year
