We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Closet & Cabinet Installer to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone with strong carpentry and installation skills who takes pride in quality workmanship, can lead by example, and enjoys working directly with customers. As a leader on-site, you will coordinate with team members and clients to deliver exceptional craftsmanship that transforms spaces and exceeds expectations.
The Lead Installer is responsible for overseeing the installation of custom closets, cabinetry, Murphy beds, and organizational systems in residential homes. This role includes leading installation crews, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and accurately, maintaining high quality standards, and providing an outstanding customer experience.

Duties
- Lead and manage installation projects from start to finish
- Supervise and train installation team members
- Review job specifications and installation plans prior to project start
- Install custom closets, cabinetry, Murphy beds, garage systems, and related products
- Ensure all installations meet company quality standards
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and team members
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
- Protect customer property and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process
- Load, unload, and organize materials for daily installations
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability to begin and end each workday in Hendersonville, NC
- Strong proficiency with hand and power tools
- Must provide a basic set of personal tools (cordless drill, screwdrivers, hammer, tape measure, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret installation drawings and measurements
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to lift and carry 50 pounds and perform physical installation work
- Willingness to work occasional late evenings and Saturdays as project schedules require
Preferred Qualifications
- 3 years of cabinet, closet, finish carpentry, or custom millwork installation experience
- Previous experience leading installation crews
- Trim carpentry experience
- Construction or remodeling background
- Experience working directly with homeowners and contractors
