- Assist with calendar management, appointment scheduling, and office management tasks
- Support bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks and perform basic bookkeeping duties as needed
- Ensure proper phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and team members
- Conduct routine proofreading to ensure data accuracy and consistency across documents
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace tools
- Familiarity with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is preferred
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy for efficient data entry
