We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and assisting them in finding the perfect products to meet their needs. If you have a passion for sales and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you. Must be available two weekends a month.
One Positions:
Wednesday-Sunday availability
Saturday/Sunday availability (must be available 2 weekends a month)
Responsibilities:
- Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Assist customers in finding products and provide product recommendations
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Meet or exceed sales goals on a consistent basis
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
- Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service-
- Make Customer Relationships Calls
- Assist in fundraising or bridal registries.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (you will be making lots of phone calls)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Must be able to Multi-task - many different tasks will be given in a day
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor
- Bilingual in Polish is a plus (but not necessary - 95% of our staff due not speak Polish)
