Your Growth Roadmap (Fast-Track Career Plan)
We believe in rewarding performance and clarity. Here is how your career with us will look:
- Month 1 (Training Phase - $17/hr): You will master the basics. You’ll learn our products inside out, become an expert on our POS system, and understand our daily operational processes.
- Months 2-3 (Autonomy Phase - $19/hr): You will run the store confidently during standard shifts without constant supervision. You’ll handle customer relations and problem-solve on the fly.
- Month 4 (Leadership Phase - $20.00/hr and more Bonuses): You step into the "Right-Hand" role. You will help onboard new staff, oversee basic inventory/orders, and share in the financial success of the store through performance bonuses.
Core Responsibilities (To Start)
- Deliver exceptional customer service and represent our brand with pride.
- Master the POS system, ensuring accurate transactions and cash handling.
- Learn and execute all opening/closing checklists, product presentation, and store maintenance standards.
- Maintain open, honest, and constructive communication with the owners.
Requirements
- High Learnability: You absorb new information quickly and ask smart questions.
- Reliability & Integrity: You do the right thing even when no one is watching.
- Problem-Solving Attitude: When a challenge arises (e.g., a long line or a tech glitch), you stay calm and find a solution.
- Flexibility to work weekends/holidays based on retail needs.
