We are looking for a Patient Care Coordinator / Front Desk Team Member who is passionate about delivering exceptional patient experiences and thrives in a positive, team-oriented culture.
Position Overview
The Patient Care Coordinator is the first point of contact for our patients and plays a key role in creating a welcoming and organized experience from the moment a patient connects with our practice. This role blends customer service, scheduling, communication, and administrative coordination to ensure every patient receives outstanding care.
Scheduling Flexibility
We offer multiple full-time opportunities to support work-life balance:
- Tuesday through Friday 9am - 7pm
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and check-in patients with warmth and professionalism
- Manage patient scheduling and appointment coordination
- Work with Practice Management Software such as EagleSoft
- Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries
- Verify patient information and assist with administrative documentation
- Coordinate with clinical team to ensure smooth patient flow
- Support financial discussions and patient service coordination when needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front office environment

- Dental or healthcare front desk experience is preferred but not required
