Job Description:
As a Creative Assistant at MORE creative agency, you will play a crucial supporting role in the successful execution of website and social media projects for our diverse client portfolio. This full-time position requires a blend of creative flair, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills to ensure projects run smoothly and are completed to the highest creative standard.
Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager and CEO, including providing guidance and support to interns, to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
- Contribute to the design and building of WordPress websites, applying aesthetic and SEO best practices
- Help manage client communication by drafting updates and coordinating materials for meetings and content filmings
- Track project assets and timelines, alerting the Project Manager to potential delays or needed resources
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies for clients, including content ideation, creation, and scheduling across various platforms
- Other tasks as assigned
Expected Abilities:
- 1-3 years of experience with WordPress
- Proficiency in social media platforms and content creation tools
- Understanding of basic SEO principles
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for aesthetic and brand consistency
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team
