Description:Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Job description: Location Requirement (Must Meet One or More):Live in Bronx, Yonkers or WestchesterWilling to provide home-based ABA in client's home Availability Required (Non-Negotiable):Availability for Monday - Friday consistently, starting at either 3-4PM to 7-9PMWeekends may be needed - optional or open Passionate about working with children and committed to consistencyRole Overview:As a Behavior Technician / Registered Behavior Technician at Strive High ABA, you will provide in-home and community-based ABA services under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will play a vital role in helping children build essential life skills, reduce challenging behaviors, and reach meaningful goals through structured, compassionate intervention.
