Moravian Manor Communities, located in the charming town of Lititz, PA, is a respected not-for-profit senior living community with a 50-year tradition of serving older adults. We are currently seeking an experienced Community Life Coordinator to join our dedicated Resident Services/Activities team and help promote a vibrant life environment for our residential living residents at Moravian Manor Communities.

Responsibilities of a Community Life Coordinator:
- Plans and implements daily, weekly, and monthly events, trips, and activities to encourage socialization and recreation that meet the needs and requirements of residents at Moravian Manor Communities.
- Plans, organizes, and coordinates programs for the independent living residents, including attending trips and events/activities.
- Serves as a liaison and attends Community Life committee(s) and group(s) meetings to assist with planning and implementation of their events
- Handles logistics to make events possible, such as making reservations, advertising, working within budgets, coordinating billing, and coordinating transportation with the Transportation Department.
- Responsible for creating and sending out communications, using various methods, including monthly Pursuits magazine, to all Residential Living residents and staff.
- Responsible for utilization of resident engagement software to manage events, trips, activities, and reservations.
- Coordinating Community Connection Gatherings and planning/arranging wellness and other informational education programs.
- Participates in Campus-Wide Events Committee.
- Coordinates residential living Summer Celebration event and the residential living Holiday meal event.
Requirements and Qualifications of a Community Life Coordinator:
- 3-5 years' experience working with seniors, event planning or in the hospitality industry.
- Excellent resource management, computer, record keeping, interpersonal, decision making, verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Must have basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office software and have the ability to adapt to new software and be willing to continue with additional department-specific computer training.
