What will I do in the role of a Groundskeeper?
The Groundskeeper position is responsible for maintaining an attractive and safe environment at Moravian Manor Communities. The Groundskeeper performs a variety of duties to maintain and enhance the grounds of Moravian Manor Communities including planting, landscaping, pruning, mowing, raking leaves, weeding, pressure washing, and snow and ice removal. Some on call time is required during Winter months to assist with snow and ice removal from the campus.
This position requires the ability to lift up to 25 pounds and frequent walking and standing. It would also require proof of the influenza vaccine, unless a medical or religious exemption is granted.
