As our Part-Time Preschool Teacher at the Historic Downtown Campus, you'll spend Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday mornings in the company of three-year-olds, guiding a play-based curriculum that honors exactly how children this age learn: through exploration, story, repetition, and the kind of uninhibited joy that only a preschooler can bring. At just over ten hours per week, this role is purposely designed for someone who wants meaningful, mission-driven work without a full-time commitment, whether you're an experienced educator looking for a lighter schedule or someone with a deep passion for early childhood who values that kind of balance.

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field; Master's preferred
- Experience working with preschool-aged children in a classroom or structured program setting
- Solid understanding of early childhood development and responsive behavior support strategies
- Comfort with digital family-communication platforms such as Seesaw
- Ability to satisfy all Pennsylvania background clearance requirements before start
