- Design a play-based, developmentally appropriate curriculum that nurtures curiosity and independence
- Create joyful, inclusive classroom environments where every child feels valued
- Build strong partnerships with families through warm, consistent communication
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education (Master's preferred)
- Bring experience with preschool-aged children and a passion for student-centered learning
