In this pivotal leadership role, you will coordinate all campus support services, manage confidential student records, and develop comprehensive intervention plans that address academic, social, emotional, and behavioral needs. You'll lead our Student Support Team, mentor Learning Specialists, facilitate family partnerships, and provide direct reading instruction to students who need specialized support. Your expertise will guide teacher training, ensure compliance with special education regulations, and shape programmatic improvements based on student data and campus-wide needs.
We're looking for educators who bring:
Master's degree in Special Education, School Psychology, or Reading Specialist certification, plus five years of experience working with diverse learners. Strong candidates demonstrate deep knowledge of learning differences, intervention strategies, and action plan development. Preferred qualifications include structured literacy training, independent school experience, and Pennsylvania special education expertise.
